Once in Navitour, the agent is presented with a list of subscribing tour operators. When the agent selects a tour operator, he is routed directly to the content of that tour operator using Comnet's state-of-the-art Virtual Private Network (VPN). The agent sees the same screens they see when accessing the tour operators using any CRS. There is no requirement for retraining. The agent is working with "live" inventory in "real time". The process by which the agent is able to complete a booking is identical to how it is done using a CRS connection.
